Synopsis: Watson contends with the negative affects of his new medications in episode 3, which Shinwell replaced at Moriarty’s request in the previous episode. He thus continues to get visions, including, predictably, one of Sherlock, and acts strangely, which everyone notices. At one point, he even passes out. This continues throughout the chapter. The case of the week is a little harder to solve because of his erratic mental state. In this one, Djouliet Amara plays Molly Jones, a comedian who passes out from what she thinks is epilepsy but turns out to be a rare genetic illness that, ironically, clears her mother Felicia Mancini of her siblings’ murder 23 years earlier.
